About This Policy
This policy describes information handling for the DAED Services company website and the Highland Park Reporting application.
Contacting DAED
If you email daedservices@gmail.com, we receive your email address and any information you include. We use that information to respond to your inquiry, discuss services, and provide support. Email correspondence is separate from the reporting datasets described below.
Reporting Information
With the account owner’s authorization, Highland Park Reporting uses information from:
- Xola: Booking and financial information.
- Google Ads: Advertising campaign performance and spending information.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Website traffic, engagement, and conversion reporting.
The Xola import excludes customer names, email addresses, and telephone numbers.
The application reads these systems for reporting. It does not create or change bookings, advertising campaigns, or analytics settings.
How Reporting Data Is Used
Reporting information is used to prepare dashboards and reports for DAED and the authorized business owner, helping them review booking activity and marketing performance.
DAED’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Storage and Access
Imported reporting records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database within the business owner’s Cloudflare account.
DAED maintains the reporting software and the process that updates this database. DAED does not retain separate local copies of reporting datasets or reporting-data backups after updates.
Separate dashboards serve DAED and the business owner. Access to reporting information is limited to authorized DAED personnel, authorized owner users, and service providers needed to operate the reporting system.
Sharing and Sale
DAED does not sell reporting data or share it with unrelated third parties. Reporting information is processed through the platforms and infrastructure needed to provide the authorized reporting service.
Retention and Requests
Reporting records stored in the owner’s Cloudflare account remain under the owner’s control.
For questions about access, correction, retention, or deletion, contact daedservices@gmail.com. Requests concerning records in the owner’s account will be coordinated with the owner.
Google Authorization
You can revoke the application’s Google access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access prevents further authorized retrieval from Google; it does not automatically delete previously imported records.
Website Hosting
The DAED company website is hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and network information, to deliver and operate its services. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.
Policy Updates and Contact
We will update this policy when our services or information-handling practices change. Changes to Google data access or use will be disclosed, with renewed authorization obtained where required.
